Q: WHAT SERVICES DOES YOUR COMPANY PROVIDE?

A: We provide executive transportation from all major airports to and from London and we provide ground transportation to all the cruise port in UK.

Q: WHAT TYPES OF VEHICLE DO YOU HAVE?

A: We have all types, from a saloon (sedan), estate, M.P.V and we also have 8 seat mini buses.

Q: WHAT ABOUT YOUR DRIVERS?

A: All our drivers have a minimum of 4 years experience, they are polite and courteous and smartly dressed at all times. they are fully insured and licensed by the public carriage office.

Q: HOW DO I MAKE A BOOKING?

A: for cruise transfers:
To make an online booking for taxi please select the airport you arrive or depart and click on the relevant cruise port terminal. select the taxi vehicle for your requirement and follow the on screen instructions. when you submit the form you will be required to make the payment for the booking . if you have selected to pay by credit card the payment is processed through a secure server. we will confirm the booking after we have processed and received the payment.

for quick quote:
Simply go to "Quick Quote" section on this page right panel and fill in the four required information to get a price for your journey. if you want to proceed to make a booking then click on the 'book this journey' button. if the start and destination details you require are not available under quick quote, then please click on the "online quote" link or tab. complete details and submit. we will only be pleased to send you a quote within eight hours by e-mail to continue with the booking.

Q: DO YOU PROVIDE A PICK UP SERVICE FROM MY HOME GOING TO A AIRPORT?

A: Yes we do.

Q:IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED,WILL I BE CHARGED WAITING TIME?

A: We monitor flights from our office so if your flight is delayed we will know about it. you will not be charged waiting time.

Q: I AM TRAVELLING TOMMOROW MORNING,CAN I STILL BOOK ON LINE?

A: No, we need at least 24 hrs notice. but you can telephone our office to make the booking.

Q: WHERE WILL THE DRIVER MEET ME?

A: The driver will be standing near the main airport information desk with a name board in his hands with your name on it.

Q: WHAT IF I CANT FIND HIM?

A: We provide free phone number for our clients to call from any call box, any airports.

Q: ARE YOUR PRICES FULLY INCLUSIVE?

A: Some companies charge a price that may appear cheap but beware, they charge for parking, waiting, congestion charges on top of the original price they quote. we include all this plus we provide 1 hour waiting time (begins from flight land time).

Q: WHAT IF THE DRIVER HAS TO WAIT AT THE AIRPORT FOR REASONS OTHER THAN FLIGHT DELAYS?

A: We include 1 hour waiting time in the price you pay, normally this is more than enough for you to clear customs etc. but if we are required to wait any longer the charges are, £10 per ½ hour.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES*?

A: There is a £5 cancellation charge if 24 hours notice is given to us. otherwise the whole amount will be charged.

Q: CAN I PAY BY CASH?

A: Yes, to the driver, driver will give you a receipt for your payment.
